Q: Can you provide other canvas or print sizes?
A: Yes, we can make canvases or prints in many other sizes.
100cm (40inches) is normally the maximum height we print. But if you would like any pictures in a size not shown with the product then don't hesitate to call and we'll be able to accomodate you.

Q: How can I send you my pictures?
A: We can receive your pictures in 5 different ways Depending on the filesize

1) 0-50Mb - Use our upload option when selecting a product
2) 0-100Mb - Use an external site and email the link to us (e.g. www.senduit.com)
3) 0-700mb/4Gb - Put the images on a CD or DVD and post it to us
4) FTP - Corporate clients can be given an FTP login to manage their files
5)Personal - If you have your own webspace, upload your files and send us the link

Q: Will the colours on my artwork match with what I see on my Computer screen?
A: We cannot guarantee an exact colour match as your on-screen colours, contrast and hue will vary dependent upon your monitor settings and resolutions. At Canvas-My-Art, we use industry leading tools to ensure that the colours we see on our monitors are as close as possible to the final printed product.
If exact colour matching is important then we suggest contacting us to discuss test samples or methods of adjusting your monitor to the correct calibration

Q: I have seen something I like but I would like different colours is this possible?
A:
Other colours are sometimes requested and we will happily make an alternate design in alternate colours for you. If you like a particular picture and want to switch the colouring from vibrant greens to cool blues or strong reds then contact us we'll see what we can do for you

Q: How good is the print quality of the pictures you make?
A: We use top of the range wide format printers incorporating Epson Ultrachrome™ K3 inks. We rate these as the best printers and inks commercially available today. We also use the highest quality Hahnemuhle and Epson canvas media to get you the best quality prints.
We also regularly colour calibrate all of our hardware to ensure we get consistent and reliable prints.

After the print is created, we 'cure' the print in a darkroom for a minimum of 24-48 hours before we hand apply a laminate film. Once it's all dried, we hand assemble each frame then hand stretch each canvas. No machines are used after the printing stage which helps us oversee each print and maintain a quality product.

Q: I want a picture, but you don't currently have what I'm looking for in your gallery. Can you help?
A: We can help. Here at Canvas-My-Art we create all our own images from scratch, so if you have a specific type of image or content in mind then contact us with what you're looking for and we'll see if we can make this a reality for you.

Q: How much is picture delivery?
A: Standard delivery within the UK is £10, but if you purchase 2 or more items then your postage drops until its free delivery. Outside of the UK other delivery charges may apply. For more information see our Terms and Conditions.

Q: How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
A: We aim to deliver all items within 7 to 10 working days of receiving a confirmed order.
For orders taken by noon (GMT) on Friday, we aim to get these sent out on our next midweek shipment. Delivery may take longer for bespoke items and commissions. If we estimate that delivery will take longer than 10 working days then we'll try to contact you with a revised delivery date.

Q: Can you ship my artwork overseas?
A: We normally supply to UK and European addresses. If you want to send work abroad it is often better to have it supplied unframed as this is much easier to transport and less prone to delivery damage

Q: Can I order a print and have it to be sent to an address other than my own?
A: Yes you can. Please complete the online order process first and enter your own address as the invoice address. Then please contact us via telephone or email to supply us with a delivery address.
The reason this is not allowed on the website is to minimise the risk of identity fraud.

Q: How secure is your website?
A: When you make a payment with your credit/debit card, this information is forwarded to our payment service providers only. All payment details are processed by a secure server and the information is sent using 256bit SSL encryption which is twice as secure as most of our competitors.
We also provide a new method of payment using PayOffline to pay us through your local shops rather than via our website. For more information please see the payment section of our Terms and Conditions for details of PayOffline

Q: What about my personal details?
A: We collect information about you to make sure we can get your picture to you safely and so you can track your order and refer to your order details if required. From time to time we would like to make contact with customers to let them know about new pictures and services. We will only send you emails like this if you have previously given us your consent for us to do so.

Q: Can I pay by cheque?
A: Yes, custom orders, bespoke designs or corporate installations are usually paid for by cheque rather than via our website, depending on the requirements of the client. Please note that we wait for personal cheques to clear before we begin working on creating your picture

Q: What if I don't like my picture when it arrives?
A: Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our delivery, damage and return policies

Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our official open times are from 13:00 - 21:00 Monday to Thursday and 12:00 - 19:00 on Friday, but if our order book is full then we'll often work around these times and through the weekend to get prints ready for the following week's delivery schedule.

Occasionally we head away for a creative sabbatical in order to capture new images for inclusion into our gallery. During these times the website remains online processing orders, but prints will only be manufactured when we our return to our studio.
